About Beth
Passionate about helping students and families find success
Early in her management career, Beth discovered many younger prospects could not easily talk about their strengths and experiences during an interview. College students were graduating without a clear idea why they chose their major, if it fit them, and what to do next. At The Core and Guided Self Assessment were born.
She quickly discovered that families needed a trusted resource and common-sense voice to help them plan high school, college, and career.
Of course, Beth speaks to parents at our At The Core events regularly. However, you may not know that Beth has had the pleasure of speaking with:
- PTO groups
- Sports groups
- School district events
- Corporate events
- Moms’ groups
- Student job fairs
- College summits
- Financial advisor events
- College event breakout sessions
Beth loves sharing her message of equipping parents with much-needed information to lower the stress and boost their confidence and clarity for the future.

WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING ABOUT BETH PROBST
“I have had the wonderful opportunity of working with Beth on various educational events over the past several years. Having Beth Probst involved in your event as a speaker or facilitator brings instant credibility and a high-level of engagement with the audience. Her expertise on college and career exploration and planning has been such an asset and she has truly moved the needle in educating families on their options. I can’t recommend her enough.”
“Beth came to speak to our Working Parents Affinity Network we have at GE. While we had her slated to speak for 1.5 hours the meeting could have gone 2+ with all the information Beth provided and the questions our parents asked. Beth was so informing to our Working Parents about everything High School, SAT/ACT and college prepping. All of our parents walked out feeling more prepared for their children’s journey. When I talk to people today about upcoming events, they always ask me when are you going to have Beth come back as I missed the first event and heard fantastic things about it that I want to attend!”
“Beth Probst is truly passionate about helping students and parents prepare for life after high school. That passion shines through in her speaking engagements where she brings energy, excitement, and a wealth of knowledge. I have had the pleasure of working with her at a number of events and everyone who attended felt that they walked away with valuable information.”
“Our PTA has sponsored Beth to come speak to our 8th grade parents for the past 4 years. The feedback we get from our parents is always so positive! They have repeatedly said that Beth’s Looking Ahead presentation, done in addition to our school specific presentations, helps them to feel more comfortable and confident with their plan for their students to move up to high school and beyond.”
