This special program was made possible by a grant awarded to Westerville City Schools Transition Team for Westerville families who have students with an IEP or 504 plan. Please note content in the program will be beneficial for all families.
In addition, the Westerville Transition Team has graciously offered to make this programming OPEN TO ALL OUR FOLLOWERS, regardless of district. Please note non-Westerville school district specific questions or those questions which are too specific for this forum will be answered after the program.
